It's so quiet.
I'm quite looking forward to the party this weekend... it will be such a relief to get out and do something. I feel shut up, and like I've been thinking far too much, about my life and myself, and of course Soblessa and Cho. My one bright spot lately has been that Cho's managed to send me some postcards. Have you ever noticed how very small postcards are, and how little one can fit onto a postcard? I want to write her back, but I can't, so I'm just waiting around for the next card and the next time I get to see her. I just want to have my arms around her and hug her with all my heart. I can't wait till I get to learn how to Apparate. I'm never old enough.

I am in an airport in I don't know where. Snape let me use his computer while he went to find a decent cup of coffee that doesn't taste like swill from the bottom of the Lake so I have to make this very fast but I MISS YOU and we're ON OUR WAY BACK RIGHT NOW so I will be at the party at Professor Lupin's! Oh and I have loads to tell you and I have presents for everyone and I just can't wait to SEE you and give you a hug and never ever let go. And guess what? I CAN DO IT WITH BOTH ARMS NOW. It grew the rest of the way back while we were passing through Mississippi and oh, is that a hard word to spell! And I have to tell you about America and the things they have here (there? WHERE AM I?) and everything else and I miss you and I love you and I will see you in two days!!!!!!
Say hello to your family for me and tell Ron I've brought him something from America that I think he will get a kick out of.
