Hogsmeade. Why would anyone want to go to Hogsmeade. Six tiny streets of boring shops and everyone acting like it's the commerce capital of the universe.
I decided to spend all weekend sitting under the third floor main staircase as a protest. I am alone in my convictions but then I usually am.

Reminds me of a certain Magical Creatures professor who chained himself to one of the Quidditch hoops in protest during his sixth year. No one knew what, exactly, he was protesting, either. The idiots. It was fairly obvious, I thought.
Fight the good fight, Terry.

A fascinating piece of history, Professor. Keep the faith.
By the way, what exactly did you use to chain yourself to the Quidditch hoops? A Chaining Charm or a Binding Hex? I ask merely for purposes of abstract research.

He used actual chains. He just fancied being tied up. Don't deny it, Remus.

Don't listen to Professor Black, Terry. The formerly comatose are rarely reliable.
Sirius, a word?

Of course, those chains were not made from silver. Nasty allergic reactions.

Word of advice: don't use magic when attaching oneself to a structure. Too easy for authority to come along and finite incantatum, ruining a perfectly good protest, or whatever else activity you may be engaged in.

Visits to Hogsmeade is really fun!!!
You were all alone under a STAIRCASE on a weekend? :( You should have told us, we could have kept you company!!
Even if you don't like human company there are always the house elves, they know the most scandalous gossip!!!
