Hi, folks. Just Colin Creevey here, reporting from Gryffindor Tower .

So sorry I haven't been updating in the past few days--it's just been rather hectic, what with all the Exploding Snap I've been invited to play lately. I've gotten quite good at the game--but hey, what can you expect when you're playing against a master like knight_to_h3 and just_harry--you don't mind if i call you just_harry, right, Har?

What with the time I've been spending with Harry and all, and the generous pastry parties Professor Vector keeps giving to the Gryffindors, I haven't seen much of Soblessa either. She's been very understanding and supportive about things--just like a woman you'd want to have around in a time of crisis.

It's obvious that I have the best friends any guy could ever ask for. But hey--I'm in Gryffindor, after all, where loyalty isn't just something we talk about--it's something we live.

I'd love to stay and write more, and reflect on some of the multitudinous lessons I've learned this week--about caring, and friendship, and standing up for what you believe in. But hark--I think I hear Harry knocking. Doubtless he wants me to join him and Seamus for another flying session on the Quidditch pitch. Oh, and before I forget to mention it, Soblessa--let's move that Hogsmeade date back a week; it looks like I'm just going to be too busy with my new schedule to fit it in before Monday.
