Sorry to leave a message this way, but I'm in a hurry and don't have time to get to the owlery. I wanted to let you know, respectively, that the misson was successful and Remus is in rather bad condition but safe and Tonks and I are fine and sustained only minor injuries; and that I'm taking Harry with me to St. Mungo's tonight.

I know you'll want to be seeing me--I should be able to get away tomorrow sometime to talk to you--both of you--properly.

Sirius,

I cannot tell you just how relieved I am that Remus has been found. Once you have free time I would be overjoyed if you would take it upon yourself to send me an owl as to his condition. I would inquire it of the staff at St. Mungo's myself but I do not want to tax them when they should be devoting all of their time to healing Remus. Please let Harry know that I am thinking of him and Remus and should he need anything to contact me.
