Current mood: tired

Harry James Potter:
Bloody hell.

Harry? Are you reading this? Where are you? Did you get back to the school all right?

What on earth possessed you to get pissed, you little...

...just let me know you're okay.

Because you're going to have detention until you're THIRTY.

Er.

If anyone sees Harry, tell him to come to my office immediately.

Oh, and it was of course a great party, you're all very lovely, Narcissa that was a fabulous dress, blah blah, Sirius does like Streisand no matter what he says, and Harry if you don't turn up soon I'm going to send Aurors after you and put you in Slytherin for the rest of the term and bloody hell please be okay.

Oh, no! I hope Harry's all right!

Thank you for letting me come to the party, Professor Lupin, I had an awfully good time!

You're quite welcome, Miss Weasley. I'm glad you seem to have enjoyed yourself.

Extend my best wishes to Miss Chang as well.

I'm really sorry, Professor. I just didn't know. I mean, I wouldn't really do that, and I didn't mean to make you or Sirius worry at all. I'm sorry I left without saying anything.

You're bloody right you're sorry, I-

Um, well, I suppose there was no real harm done, aside from a nasty hangover for you. Though that should have worn off by now, and you still look a bit dodgy. You might go see Madame Pomfrey for a Pepper-Up Potion, if you're still feeling ill.

Detention's in my office after your last lesson for the day. I need help de-chizpurfling the Augureys.

And maybe we'll have a spot of tea and a chat, hm?

Yeah, okay, that'll be cool. I feel better I think, but I gotta go see Madame Pomfrey anyway, because she sent the head boy after me in Transfiguration. I really am sorry, though. See you after Divination.

Potter, if worry came sold in stores I find myself rather certain that you would squander your savings on an investment just to make certain the entire Wizarding World were on its toes searching for you at every waking hour. I am not fooled by your pathetic attempts at apologies, nor have I forgotten your lip during your hour of debauchery. I think fifty points from Gryffindor makes a nice start. Perhaps when you've considered the fact that you are not of legal age to drink and that both Black and Lupin could be arrested for this careless act of teenage rebellion that you call an accident, then you, Mr Potter, will understand that you are not special and you will not be treated with any lax authority when it comes to matters such as this.

Is it really necessary to be so harsh on him, Professor? I don't think he knew what he was doing.

I feel so awful, now. I didn't know he was so bored it drove him to drink. I suppose Ginny and I could have talked with him but we were so busy we didn't even think to.

Er, sorry, Professor. And Harry.

I wouldn't worry yourself too much, Miss Chang. The blame falls entirely upon myself and Professor Black (mostly on him). You and Miss Weasley were rather preoccupied, I gather.

I'm pleased you enjoyed yourselves, though.
