No sooner did I get turfed out of our common room by [info]knight_to_h3 and [info]seekercho -- bloody annoying, as I wanted to stay and watch the fireworks -- than I ran into [info]finch_fletchley staggering down the hall, covered in blood. His own, someone else's, who knows? As far as I'm concerned, you see a bloke covered in blood lunging towards you, you stay out of his way. Maybe he finally buckled to his worse nature and offed [info]potterstinks. So just as a note to the Professors, if Malfoy turns up dead any time soon, Finch-Fletchley did it.

I tried going to the library, but [info]seamus_f and [info]deanthomas were already there, trying to cheer up [info]just_harry. I tried to get them interested in having a little flutter on who was more likely to survive the whole Cho vs. Ron deathmatch debacle, but they were uninterested. In the interests of making my own fun, I've retreated under the stairs with a bag of purple Bertie Botts beans. (You know what they say about the purple ones.) It usually takes about half an hour for the hallucinations to kick in. Last time I thought I was making love to Millicent Bulstrode but when I came to it was only an especially badly stuffed ottoman. Ah, Millicent, whither our love?
