I hope everyone is having a lovely Easter break. I, for one, am thoroughly enjoying myself. And I come bearing great news. Last night, or rather early this morning at around 3am, Draco darling came barging into my room. We had a long talk on my bed so as not to wake Millicent up, about lots of things - Draco is such an easy person to talk to - and here's the news: Draco has decided to be my boyfriend. Sorry, girls, you all had your chance and I knew he'd come around sooner or later. And, I must say, it was definitely worth the wait, wasn't it, Draco love?
Well, if you'll all excuse me, I've to go get dressed up to meet my boyfriend for lunch, followed by a walk along the lake. He is such a romantic at heart, when he finds the right girl. My mother had insisted that I go home for Easter but now I'm sure she's glad that I'd decided to return to Hogwarts when I saw that my poor darling had nowhere to go. Oh look, speak of my love, he's here, with a gift from his mother! Such a sweetheart, isn't he? I'm not usually one for self-praise, but I must say, I have the best boyfriend in Hogwarts.

Pansy, darling, don't you think it would be prudent for Millicent to sleep in her own bed? Unless, of course, she'd rather sleep in the common room.

Oh Draco, we can't possibly ask Millicent to sleep in the common room! Are you jealous, hon? Because you're so adorable when you are.

Actually, I'd just been thinking of your linens in hopes of saving them from grease stains, but I suppose that will do as well.
(parent)la_pensee @ 2003-04-20 02:51 am UTC |
I love it when you show your thoughtful side to me, darling.
(parent)potterstinks @ 2003-04-20 02:54 am UTC |
Well, I am quite thoughtful. Also, I am generally fond of you.
(parent)la_pensee @ 2003-04-20 02:57 am UTC |
Yes, you are, and I know you do. Remind me to give you extra backrubs for being such a perfect boyfriend, won't you?

I hope you plan to wear that dress to lunch, as it rather accentuates your cleavage.
(parent)la_pensee @ 2003-04-20 03:09 am UTC |
I most certainly will, and I'll wear a little something special inside for supper.

What a lovely icon, Draco! It's definitely my favourite. And of course it's not going to be plaid, nobody wears plaid anymore, my silly love.
(parent)potterstinks @ 2003-04-20 03:18 am UTC |
Oh, do you? It's very odd how the image cut off like that.
(parent)la_pensee @ 2003-04-20 03:21 am UTC |
Oh it's not odd at all, I do love my assets and I love a man who can appreciate them.

Miss Parkinson:
Words cannot express how pleased am I to hear of the reconciliation of my darling son and yourself. I should like to spend the morning in Hogsmeade with him alone as I do need some mother-son time with him but I would be very happy if you would like to accompany him perhaps tomorrow to meet with me again.

Of course, Mrs Malfoy, I would love to meet with you and Draco. I know this has been a rough time on both of you, and if there's anything I can do please let me know.
Sincerely,
Pansy Parkinson

Miss Parkinson:
Thank you once again for being so thoughtful and concerned. Draco could really use the extra support right now as I am quite sure he may be more hurt than he is letting on. Those Malfoy men do like to bottle up their emotions as one does tears in a lachrymatory, you know.

I know just what you mean. Draco is such a brave little soldier, pretending nothing's wrong. I just know he must be terribly upset. I think he gets his strength and courage from you, Mrs Malfoy.

Miss Parkinson:
I am not always the strongest of persons but I do try when the situation calls for it. I daresday he gets his strength and determination from his father.

Yes, Mr Malfoy is very determined, but I do think it's possible that Draco missed receiving the majority of his traits. I suppose only time will tell. I look forward to seeing you soon, Mrs Malfoy.
Respectfully,
Pansy Parkinson
