Mistress Narcissa fell off her broom sos Weetzie is using her 'entre net' to let Master Remus know what happened. The family wents to St. Mungos and that is all Weetzie knows. Weetzie must go there soon to make sure Mistress Narcissa has everything she needs.

Dear me. I should hope this doesn't mean Narcissa will have to start acting like an adult as I hate to think what that would do for her reputation.
