Mistress Narcissa is resting now and Weetzie can tells Master Remus what the Healers told Master Lucius. Weetzie doesn't know what 'hy-po-gly- see- me-ah' is but thats what is wrong with Mistress Narcissa. Her fall was not sos bad, 'barely a drop at all' is what the Lady Healer said. Lady Healer more concerned about this 'hy-po-gly-see-me-ah' and says the Mistress has a 'in-sol-in-oh-ma' and it 'has to come out, it does.'
Weetzie doesn't think Master Lucius liked hearing Lady Healer say "the Muggle Way". Master Lucius looked surprised at what Lady Healer said was wrong with Mistress Narcissa but then Weetzie thought he looked happy. "It could be worse," Lady Healer said. Master Lucius nodded, he did, and Weetzie is sos glad Mistress Narcissa is going to be good again.
Master Remus doesn't need to worry anymore. Everything will be alright because Weetzie says sos.

Master Remus, Mistress Narcissa says to tells you that she's going to be fine, she is, just as soon as the Lady Healer gets the 'hideously unattractive bump attached to my insides' on the outside.
Weetzie likes being at the Manor, sir, but would most like to come back to Dogear Wryde soon as she feels most badly for not being there to help with the great Albus Dumbledore's party.
Puggy, Master Remus?
Oh, Puggy is the bestest House Elf there is at Dogear Wryde! He is most effecient and Weetzie thinks good on him. Tells him Weetzie said hello, please sir?
