GET AWAY FROM ME YOU LECHEROUS CRETINS.
WHAT IN BLAZES IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?

Severus,
Do tell me what setting potion you used on your coif. It is most delightful. Do save a place for me on your dance card.
Narcissa
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 09:27 pm UTC |
DO KINDLY COLLECT AND TAME YOUR SPOUSE MRS MALFOY. HE IS VIOLATING MY PERSONAL SPACE.
blondenarcissa @ 2003-08-02 09:30 pm UTC |
LUCIUS MALFOY. THIS IS YOUR DANCE SPACE.
*THAT* IS MY DANCE SPACE.
ANY QUESTIONS?
purestblood @ 2003-08-02 09:32 pm UTC |
I am so sorry, my love. I was merely... congratulating Severus on his new look.
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2003-08-02 09:33 pm UTC |
You owe me a dance or ten. I shall collect them after I am done conversing with Severus.
Have you seen Draco, by the by?
purestblood @ 2003-08-02 09:34 pm UTC |
Last time I saw him he was sulking on the couch.
And you might want to watch it, my love. It would appear that you are violating Severus' personal space.
blondenarcissa @ 2003-08-02 09:37 pm UTC |
Why I never!
Come, Lucius. I feel very...Cuban...at the moment.
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 09:32 pm UTC |
NO.
THIS IS MY SPACE. NO DANCE.
YOUR SPACE IS OVER THERE AND I CARE NOT WHAT YOU DO IN IT.
KINDLY KEEP YOUR LUCIUS TO YOURSELF.
blondenarcissa @ 2003-08-02 09:34 pm UTC |
What, no dance?
You revel in being dour, don't you?
I shall keep my Lucius to myself, thank you very kindly!
purestblood @ 2003-08-02 10:24 pm UTC |
Perhaps not. Have you been to London recently? I was there not too long ago and had a most delightful time.
(parent)jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:29 pm UTC |
No I haven't. I am so very happy you enjoyed yourself, however.
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 10:35 pm UTC |
It was lovely. There's a wonderful ride that I went on, actually, right in the shadow of the London Eye. I daresay I haven't been on one quite that exciting in a long time. It was time well spent and quite refreshing. Sometimes it's nice to get away from it all.
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 10:40 pm UTC |
It really was. I didn't expect it to be so invigorating, which made it all the more a pleasant surprise. I find myself wondering if the opportunity will ever present itself again.
(parent)jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:45 pm UTC |
Oh, I would think that almost anything is possible, given the right circumstances.
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 10:58 pm UTC |
Hello, Remus. We were discussing London. When's the last time you were there?
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 11:02 pm UTC |
As you wish. Lovely party, though. I do wish my friends were here to see what a lovely soiree this is. They'd be most interested in the guest list, I daresay.
(parent)lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:04 pm UTC |
Get out.
And if your friends put one toe on my property they'll live to regret it. Or they won't.
Starting with you.
Get out of my house. Right now.
purestblood @ 2003-08-02 11:07 pm UTC |
Tsk, tsk, tsk. I'm sorry. I thought this was Sirius' house as well. My mistake. Hm. I don't suppose you have any black leather boots?
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 11:09 pm UTC |
Why am I not surprised? Now I know the secret to your most happy union. I'm so glad to see you're keeping Sirius satisfied, Remus. A man like him is so difficult to hold, yet you've mastered the skill.
(parent)purestblood @ 2003-08-02 11:12 pm UTC |
*laughing* My. I do believe I've made your fur stand up. Can't have that. Thank you, Remus, for a lovely party. Your hospitality is beyond par. Sirius, always good to see you.
I bid you both a good evening.
blondenarcissa @ 2003-08-02 11:28 pm UTC |
It was a simply lovely party, Remus. Do let me return the favor sometime, won't you? We must go now, I'm afraid. I'm not quite fully recovered and Lucius will insist on my getting my rest.
purestblood @ 2003-08-02 11:46 pm UTC |
Come, my love. The hour is late and Gunther is awaiting our return. You do need your rest. Draco is around here somewhere but he'll find his way home, I'm sure.
(parent)potions_master @ 2003-08-02 09:58 pm UTC |
No, you shall not. Severus does not want to dance. Severus wants to be left alone.
Stop pawing me, woman.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:11 pm UTC |
It's our song if it makes you move your hips like you do, Sirius.
I'll be with you in just a moment. I need to step out, for a bit.
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:14 pm UTC |
You keep "slipping out," Remus. Have you started smoking again?
(parent)jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:21 pm UTC |
Don't make me come out there after you. You know how I feel about this.
(parent)lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:24 pm UTC |
I know, but. What do you expect? You were gone. Harry was with those people. It was a lot to deal with.
You bite your nails!
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:27 pm UTC |
Biting my nails does not leave disgusting black residue in my lungs. Nor make my mouth taste like an ashtray.
Hint.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:31 pm UTC |
Oh, you didn't even notice anything until now. That's why they invented Dragonmints, you know.
Besides, when we were kids you liked it when I would blow smoke-animals for you. And Harry thinks they're cool!
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:34 pm UTC |
Excuse me? Harry thinks they're cool? What does my godson have to do with this? Have you been subjecting him to secondhand smoke?
(parent)jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:38 pm UTC |
You... you did not... Harry... I'm coming after you, Remus, and I can run faster than you.
(parent)lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:47 pm UTC |
He wanted to! I let him because he's old enough to make up his own mind!
If it's any consolation I don't think he liked it much and I highly I doubt that he's now going to become a hardened three-packs-a-day smoker.
Stop growling at me!
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:54 pm UTC |
Hey! That's not fair!
You're not being rational, you know. Harry is fine - go find him and ask him!
And I can quit at any time.
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-02 10:57 pm UTC |
Yes, you can quit now, or you're out in the garden.
And I'll be dealing with our son next.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:06 pm UTC |
Perhaps I would be more inclined to quit if you weren't busy being so cozy with that Death Eater, over there.
Just a thought.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:57 pm UTC |
Yes, that's what I thought.
I'll be out in the garden should you see the need to, I don't know, apologise for being a bloody hypocrite.
lupercus @ 2003-08-03 12:05 am UTC |
Don't make me laugh.
How many times do I have to ask you to stop talking to him before it gets through your thick, canine skull?
lupercus @ 2003-08-03 12:20 am UTC |
Can you blame me?
Though, maybe if I got a SKULL BURNED INTO MY ARM, you wouldn't be so tempted away.
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-03 12:27 am UTC |
I don't get all defensive when you talk to various Weasleys.
(parent)lupercus @ 2003-08-03 12:41 am UTC |
WEASLEYS
ARE
NOT
DEATH
EATERS.
AM I SPEAKING MERMISH, HERE?
How dare you you try to make this about me being insecure, when you're blatantly chatting up MURDERERS in our house? Why can't you understand that this is not about your flirting, that this has nothing to do with anything except that it's Lucius FUCKING Malfoy, and I have asked you, time and time again, to please, please respect me AND your godson, and leave him alone.
Why can't you do this one thing for me? Why? I will quit smoking for you, I will eat my vegetables, I will throw out all the liquor in the house, I will stand on my goddamn head and sing arias to you backwards in Chinese, if it means you will just stop.
Please?
Stop?
If not for me then for Harry. Sirius - what the hell do you think it looks like to Harry?
Have you forgotten who his son is?
jadedsirius @ 2003-08-03 12:46 am UTC |
Lighten up, Remus. You invited him, not me.
Forget about sleeping in the garden. I will.
lupercus @ 2003-08-03 12:51 am UTC |
I didn't invite anyone. I was blackmailed into giving this party so that we could bring Harry home. I didn't have any say in the bloody guestlist.
I'm already outside. Stay in the house. I don't really want to look at you, right now.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:35 pm UTC |
Can we call you Lymond?
I want to call you Lymond.
Hello, Lymond.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 10:56 pm UTC |
So, you'd prefer Alan, then?
Such an odd name, that. Alan. So... plain. It's got no meaning behind it. Just... Alan.
What WAS your mother thinking?
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 11:02 pm UTC |
Leave my mother out of this.
And if you call me what I think you are going to call me, you will be dead before the word leaves your lips.
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:18 pm UTC |
Wouldn't dream of it.
Severus.
Incidentally, you look well. Travel treats you very nicely.
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 11:24 pm UTC |
The Chang witch insisted that my wardrobe was outdated. She forced me at wandpoint to endure some strange ritual in which many Muggle women did things to my hair. The burn I recieved from the sun in Tahiti seems to have settled down into a strange shade of brown.
I suppose, if you say that this makes me look "well" then I suppose I ought to say "thank you."
You look haggard. Have you slept at all since the end of term?
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:33 pm UTC |
You look very good, Severus. You ought to revel in it. I daresay you could have your pick of the eligible witches or wizards in attendance tonight. And perhaps some of the ineligible ones, for that matter.
I feel haggard. I'm also being persecuted by a ruddy hypocrite. Sleeping is a bygone habit I have long since lost touch with.
Bring us anything from your journeys?
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 11:49 pm UTC |
Unlike some people, I did not come to this event 'on the pull,' as it were. I am putting in an appearance, and as soon as it is convenient to do so I shall flee. Preferably alone.
I did not bring you anything. My apologies. Must have slipped my mind.
You would not be inclined to share your cigarettes, would you?
lupercus @ 2003-08-02 11:55 pm UTC |
I am in the garden. Follow your nose.
Bring me a drink, while you're at it.
potions_master @ 2003-08-03 12:07 am UTC |
Yes, Master Lupin. Is there anything else Master Lupin wishes from his house-elf?
Honestly.
lupercus @ 2003-08-03 12:09 am UTC |
Oh, shut up and get out here. It's a lovely night for it.
erniemacmillan @ 2003-08-02 11:32 pm UTC |
I met your mother once, Snape my boy. Fine lady. Very fine.
Yours,
The Fletcher.
potions_master @ 2003-08-02 11:46 pm UTC |
You would think so, wouldn't you?
Nick any cauldrons, lately?
