Yes, I've been preparing lessons for the new term. Are you enjoying your new flat? I've always heard Chelsea is lovely this time of year.

That's good. I'm looking forward to the Sorting. It was always my favourite thing about the start of term.

Yes, my new flat is nice if a little bare at the moment. The neighbourhood is grand and my neighbors are quite friendly. The curry place down the road already knows me by name.
