And so it begins...
The infernal festivities are underway, and already I am forced to take five points from Hufflepuff for the antics of one Mr Finch-Fletchley. I do not care if your shoe was untied, loitering on the stair is unacceptable.

Also, five points from Ravenclaw, for Miss Brocklehurst, for speaking through a mouthful of partially-chewed candy. Do not think I didn't see that.

I believe I shall patrol the gardens. Best get an early start, before I tire and my aim becomes uncertain.
