BORED!
All revision and no play makes Seamus a dull, dull little Gryffindor.
Mediwizardry takes too many NEWTs. I am irritable. My black thumb seems to have righted itself such that Herbology is no longer the bane of my existence (thank you, Neville) but the charms? Boring. Transfiguration? Boring. Potions? More frustrating that boring but that still isn't positive.
Even working the Quidditch match was boring. No interesting injuries whatsoever. Of course, Hufflepuff was playing, so there you go.
What did I do during my weekends? Move books. Which while not precisely boring—I was more than happy to do it—wasn't that much of a break in the revision as, more reading.
Even my interaction with Charlie is really mostly reading. Long distance is a drag.
And I feel uneasy. It's like that eerie silence before something happens. Even the sixth years, who have fuckall to worry about, are subdued. I don't like it.
I should like someone to run amok so I can be amused. Anyone? Dean? Parvati? Ernie? Harry? Malfoy? Anyone?

The word "amok" is odd, isn't it?
Anyway, I'm not as busy as you with the NEWTS because I really have no concrete idea what I'll do after I leave school, except maybe try to apply to a few muggle art schools. Goldsmiths, maybe. Do you think that'd be a waste of my wizarding education?
You could help me plan my life if you want, now that you're done planning yours.
Sorry, that was a daft thing to say.
Yes, let's amok soon.
seamus_f @ 2004-03-24 09:45 am UTC |
I think that art is a waste of exactly nothing. Anyway, you'd make wizarding art that moves about and such, wouldn't you? So, there you go.
Every time I have been so bold as to plan your life it has ended in spectacular disaster. You are here and I'd like to keep it that way. I'm reluctant to even plan my own life. I'm trying to not be such a big "I am Seamus and I know best" all the time. I think it annoys people and I don't always know best anyway and then what if people did what I said and I was wrong?
In other words, Dumbledore I am not.
Let's do amok. I need to get my mind of classwork and things and worry and all of it. I've been fretting. I hate fretting.

Nothing eases the fretting like some old fashioned amok.
You're on.

Seamus I am dying of boredom and Old book smell in The library; HELP ME.
seamus_f @ 2004-03-24 09:38 am UTC |
I'm sorry sweetheart. I feel asleep headfirst into my Potions text and didn't see your message until this morning, when you were safe and sound. But I see that Ron was able to amuse you. Do tell.
(parent)divineparvati @ 2004-03-25 02:37 am UTC |
Oh, hahaha, okay wait, I'll tell you In class but Don't say a word To Ron.
(parent)divineparvati @ 2004-03-23 10:53 pm UTC |
Wait, the library doesn't lock Its doors, Does it? Is there a Library curfew?
divineparvati @ 2004-03-23 10:56 pm UTC |
"Fuckall" is the Funniest word ever When you say it, did you Know?
seamus_f @ 2004-03-24 09:41 am UTC |
Is it now? But not when you do?
Say, actually, I'm worried about, um, something. Let's have lunch, eh?
divineparvati @ 2004-03-25 02:40 am UTC |
Not when I do! Hahaha.
Oh? Today, or some Time on the weekend? We could Picnic down at the lake To de-stress a Bit?
divineparvati @ 2004-03-23 11:03 pm UTC |
Does air Actually circulate in here when The doors are shut? I'm starting to worry A tad.
seamus_f @ 2004-03-24 09:40 am UTC |
It would appear you got plenty of air. But you can stand up on one of the stacks and reach the higher windows if you can't move the lower ones.
Besides, the castle is terrible drafty. You weren't hermetically sealed or anything.
