He did tell you, he's terrified of woodpeckers, yes?
He also does not like bees.
Or pine cones.
Or butterflies.
Especially butterflies.
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 12:31 am UTC |
Well, how can you like pine cones? They have to be planning something.
(parent)lupercus @ 2004-04-09 12:40 am UTC |
Yes. The pine cone conspiracy. You should ask him about that sometime, when you've two or three hours to spare.
Enjoying yourself, at least? What's this about your pants? The things young people get up to when they're out in the wild.
I'm oddly jealous.
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 12:58 am UTC |
Oh. Well we were by the lake today getting a defence lesson, from Kingsley and Mad-Eye Moody and it was really cool and everything but then I totally screwed up and tripped and fell down a hill and the back of my trousers got caught on a tree branch. Hermione thought I was dead or something because she ran down and then she laughed at my pants because the Dursleys washed them with the reds and they're all pink.
(parent)lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:00 am UTC |
Oh.
Well.
Bugger, give me a moment, Harry - there's an awful lot of tea all over my screen at the moment.
Pink.
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 01:07 am UTC |
Well I didn't know I was going to tear a hole in my trousers or I wouldn't have worn that pair!
(parent)lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:12 am UTC |
I knew there was one lesson I forgot to teach you, and that is to always wear good pants. You never know when you're going to be in an accident.
Should I owl you some that are not pink? Or are you comfortable enough in your manhood to make it work?
(How's Sirius doing, also? Any pine cone attacks yet?)
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 01:16 am UTC |
They're polka-dotted, too. But I'm comfortable. Even though Moody asked me about them before that which was kind of weird.
Sirius has to talk to Snape so that says enough, really. I think Snape had his computer, too.
lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:23 am UTC |
Do NOT let that man anywhere near your underpants, Harry. Trust me on this one. I went to school with Alastor Moody. Trust me.
Poor Sirius. That's worse for him than woodpeckers, bees and pine cones combined. I think you could even throw a dandelion in there as well.
(He really hates dandelions. They make him sneeze for days.)
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 01:28 am UTC |
Okay, now you're just creeping me out. His tent is next to ours.
I'll make sure to sneak some dandelions in Sirius's bed before I go out.
lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:37 am UTC |
How well can you sleep with one eye open?
Because between Moody and Sirius when you're through with him, it'll be a miracle if you come back to me in one piece.
(You'd better. I shall be very cross with you, if you don't.)
missgranger @ 2004-04-09 01:17 am UTC |
Harry! Some of us are going to go sleep outside, would you like to join us?
(parent)lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:24 am UTC |
Count the stars for me, love. Make sure they're all still there. I haven't seen them in a while.
(And say goodnight to the brightest one, in my stead, would you?)
just_harry @ 2004-04-09 01:29 am UTC |
I'll say it with pine cones instead. That always means alot more.
(parent)lupercus @ 2004-04-09 01:33 am UTC |
You are my most favourite person in the entire world, right now.
Goodnight, dear.
