proffessor sinistra yelled at me again for not capitalising and now she's given justin a detention but he won't tell me why! and i think proffessor snape is going to do something to hufflepuff soon. he's been punishing all of gryffindor for stuff harry potter does lately, and i think he's running out of gryffindors which means hufflepuff is next. i really don't want to get a detention just because harry potter mouthed off to proffessor snape. it isn't fair!! it's not really harry's fault, of course, but still!!

i know it's weird to say, but i feel really awful for millicent. that awful draco malfoy keeps making her go to quidditch practise at 5 in the morning just because he was late one time. hufflepuff would never do that!! i like to get up early sometimes, anyway, but i know that the rest of the team doesn't. justin shows up to breakfast really cranky sometimes. it's kind of funny but if we laugh he gets even angrier.

last night hannah and me went out to the quidditch pitch with thermoses of warm pickle soup and did our astronomy homework and had a nice long chat. it was really fun, and i wish we could do it more often, but when we got back justin and ernie were giving us weird looks. and now i think morag is kind of mad that we didn't invite her, but she never ever wants to hang out with us unless we haven't invited her somewhere. it's like she only wants to if she can't, i guess. she likes to hang out with all the seventh years anyway. she's always done that, so i don't see why she gets mad. but i feel really bad now.

i wish justin hadn't gotten a detention from proffessor sinistra. i know she's going to give me one too soon, and she took 2 points from hufflepuff because i forgot to capitalise. i'm really sorry, you guys. i'm trying to Remember.

i was reading these journals and i saw that ron weasley called hermione granger his girlfriend :) i think they are very cute. they're both really nice so i'm happy for them, even though i don't really know either of them very well.

proffessor sprout talked to me at breakfast today and said my herbology essay was really good! i'm so glad. i never feel like i'm doing as good as the rest of my house in herbology, even though justin says i do better than he does. i think he's just trying to be nice. i'm onto you, justin!! ;)

Ms. Bones!! I cannot come up with a justifiable reason for you to have continued to ignore the shift key. The only explanation is your flagrant disrespect for my authority. That will be eight points from Hufflepuff, and a detention with Mr. Filch this Friday. Shall we try for another?
