My grandmother said she wasn't coming to the festival this year, but that's okay. Lavender's parents are coming, and I'd really like to meet them. :)

Lavender's finished with her lantern! It's pink with white and gold cherry blossoms. I think it's very nice. She showed me how to make the frame, and I made a green striped one.

Dean's is really bril, too! He's *really* good at drawing.

I hope my mooncakes turn out allright. The other guys and I asked the house elves for some baking pointers. Harry knows how to cook already! I didn't know that! His were perfect! Seamus and I have to try and make ours over tonight, though.

Anyway, I'm off to set my bug traps. The frogs are running a bit low.
