Current music:"Bitter-Sweet," The Venus In Furs

Nein, das ist nicht das ende der Welt...
There is no pain so great as the memory of joy in present grief, and so while I am certain others will be discussing the details of my holiday in Ireland, I will refrain from commenting beyond that the match was well-played, and the weather was - as is typical of Ireland - moist.

Mr Weasley, if you would be so kind as to call by my office tomorrow, at your leisure, I have a matter I should like to discuss with you.

I shall be making an announcement within the week regarding the 6th year Dracology Lecture, given in conjunction with Care of Magical Creatures. While this lecture is entirely voluntary, participation is highly recommended as the information explored will feature greatly in your end-of-term exams, as well as your N.E.W.T.S. next year.

With the exception of Mr Weasley, I wish not to be disturbed after classes, unless it is absolutely necessary, for I will be extremely busy for the next few weeks.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

We are defined by the choices we make in our lifetime. The choice between good and evil, or wrong and right, may strike some as being very black and white, but it's not that simple. Occasionally we are brought forth a choice that owes as much to one as it does the other, and the choice becomes less a simple voluntary action than a matter of sheer will. The choice becomes sacrifice and we must by all means necessary be able at any moment to let go of what we are for what we could become. Or that others are free to do so.

Even if it hurts like a son of a bitch.

Whatever it is, I didn't do it, I swear!

Calm yourself, Mr Weasley. You're not in any trouble.

Would you be interested in assisting me during the Dracology lecture? Your brother suggested that you might of some help to me, and that you would enjoy it.

Let me know, and do stop by my offices when you've the time. I've brought you (and your sister) something from Ireland, as a token of gratitude for your father's help with the Quidditch tickets.

And, er, one more thing, Mr Weasley...

...are you aware you still have tomatoes for ears?
