Current mood:enraged

Well, well. I see motorcycles have gone out of fashion with a bang. Or would crash be a better term? Pity Potter wasn't along for the ride.

I've no idea what you're talking about, Brown. I'm just trying to stay up to date with the latest vehicular trends.

Re: >:0 >:0 >:0!!!

What are you talking about, Brown? Everyone knows Potter would have wet his trousers at having a flying motorcycle. It's just a pity he wasn't along for the ride motorcycles had as a fashion statement. Now if he gets one he'll be even further out of style.

Amused,
Malfoy.

Stop smirking Malfoy!!! Don't think I can't hear you laughing from across the room!!!

NOT AMUSED,
LAVENDER BROWN!

*sigh*

Brown, I can hear your outraged squealing all the way over here at the Restricted Section catalog computer. Maybe you should go somewhere where that'd be appropriate...like a pig pen.

After all, pink is so your colour.

I can hear your skin settling from across the room as well, but you don't hear me complaining.

Completely tasteless, as per usual. I don't know why I'd expect better manners from you...oh wait - it's because you're a Prefect. I keep forgetting - but I think that's because you keep forgetting as well - or at least that's how you act.

What an interesting scenario you propose, Mr. Malfoy. I'm not sure it entirely smacks of the courtesy one expects from you, but doubtless the supposition that Professor Black and Harry should both be prone to the same type of disaster on the same day is an interesting one. With his character firmly ensconced around the aggressive, determined and risk-taking qualities that determine a 1/9 profile type, Professor Black is a walking emblem of the motorcycle-riding James Dean type (though I do wish he would realise that his character does not lie in the kind of childish theatrics he is so fond of exercising, and the 1/9 traits of his youth are ultimately meant to lead him to a calmer life (as a 7) of greater reflection and studiousness than he has yet attained).

Mr. Potter, however, is something apart. His cornerstone and character numbers are marked by level-headed success (8's, both), and the preceeding month was in fact an 8 month for him as well. A predominance of sixes in his name suggest that he is very responsible and independent, and most unlikely to be excessively prone to the kinds of accidents which by his very nature Pro. Black is prey to on any given day. The number of 5's in his name would probably respond at certain times, it is true, to the influence of 5's in his in his monthly epicycle, since the boy does seem to be always meeting up with surprises and unexpected calamaties hither and thither: however, the only thing suggested for him based on his current epicycle chart on the day Sirius Black was injured, was an abundance of fun, good-will, and positive energy.

However, might I suggest to you, young man, that since you are in a 5-year yourself, and coming into a 5-month fraught with double-intensity 5 days, that you keep your eye out for whatever accidents and surprises might befall you, and channel your concern for Mr. Potter into more constructive precautionary tactics that might best benefit you both.

Thank you, Professor. I am certain that all of this information about Potter and Black will come greatly in handy on my deathbed.

Draco Malfoy.

Charming as your father, Mr. Malfoy. Take that as you will.
