Current mood: annoyed

...
Is anyone else actually showing up for that ridiculous under-the-stairs thing that Boot cooked up? I sort of feel like I have to, for some reason...maybe I can get some homework done while I'm protesting conformity...

Seamus, keep me company? Please? I'm begging you.

You never have to ask me to keep you company. Of course I'll be there. I'll bring some sandwiches, too. Maybe a blanket.

Don't worry about that frog thing. I just got steamed up, you know. I mean, if you like this Kermit, it can't be so bad, right?

Personally Dean, I think there are more important things to protest, but as long as everyone's back in their respective House by the proper time and no harm comes to any person or object, there's no reason you can't do it. But as I suggested to Terry, perhaps you can channel your need to protest elsewhere? How about S.P.E.W. - the Society for Protection of Elvish Welfare? I don't know if you recall but I started it back in 4th year, and we really should do something to help the house elves! Let me know if you or Seamus would be interested!

Well, see I was going to join S.P.E.W., I really was. But then Seamus said that his mom says that House Elves like things the way they are, and I didn't want to...you know...upset Semus. But...well...

*sighs*

I don't suppose you need someone to design badges for you or anything? I'm getting the hang of these computers...maybe I could come up with something....

I'm certainly not planning on going. Instead, I'll be sitting at the back of the Hufflepuff Table in the Great Hall with a large jar full of the sweets that I recently purchased in Hogsmeade.

Anyone want to join me? It'll be much more pleasant than sitting around with Terry.

I'll be there, but not because I'm protesting.
It's because I have nothing better to do than talk to you and Seamus.
