Directly after the Hufflepuff-Gryffindor match (which seemed rather subdued compared to previous ones-- I eagerly await a Slytherin-Ravenclaw match. One can be sure that such would keep me awake, and thus on my broomstick...) I took the advice of one magical creature and flew to Kerry to take in a rather good Montrose-Kenmare game (Both teams, amusingly, are fond of the use of transfiguration in Quidditch. It is difficult to fly when one has feather quills for appendages) and also the "sights".

What did I see, pray tell? One selfsame magical creature-- mind you, quite a few laundry lines to the wind at the time-- and his pet puppy chewing at each other in the street. Naughty naughty. For all of this driveling and waxing poetic over the tragedy of long-lost love done on the part of particular persons, one would think that enough is enough. Also one would think that Remus would have the sense not to suggest I go to Ireland when he's wandering the streets with the head (followed by the entirety, certainly) of an ex-Azkaban inmate up his robes.

Of course I told Severus, out of total concern for his happiness. The three of them are really quite the sordid little love triangle. I find it notable that Professor Black is the only one that features with both Severus and Remus. He is rather the village broomstick, I should think.

I am richer three bottles of firewhisky. They must be feeling lonely, I shall be off to cheer them up.

Oh, bloody hell.

Indeed.

Enjoy your Firewhiskey, Xiomara.

Firewhisky is always best kept company in threes, Xiomara. I am certain Severus could use a bottle (or three or four) for Black and Lupin's postcoital celebration.

How thoughtful, Sylvia. The more company the alcohol has, the happier it surely will be.
