Current mood:enraged

I must say, I'm getting rather tired of waiting for Ravenclaw to get off its collective arse and actually beat Gryffindor. I didn't grace the Ravenclaw stands with my presence just to watch their new Seeker flop about like a flobberworm. Each year I support Ravenclaw in their match against Gryffindor, and I'm starting to believe I've been too generous there. After all, I could have simply chosen to support no one.

Evidently I'm supposed to feel some sort of remorse over the fact that I'm not allowed to go to the Hallowe'en Ball. Who wants to go to the Hallowe'en Ball? Certainly not me. Of course, that's beside the point. The point is that I am STILL BEING PUNISHED for something I did a year ago that certainly didn't necessitate punishment in the first place. If you'll recall, I'm being punished for dressing in costume for Hallowe'en. It's not my fault that Potter decided to have a row with me over it. It's not as though there's a rule against dressing as Potter for Hallowe'en. People do it all the time. In fact, I was at My Parents' Hallowe'en Gala last year, and Professor Snape went as Professor Sinistra. We're wizards. Why shouldn't the Polyjuice Potion come in handy for Hallowe'en?

I've no interest in going to the ball, of course, but it's the principle of the matter. While we're on the course of doling out punishments for events that took place in ancient history, I suggest someone looks into the fact that in my third year, Potter's head appeared out of thin air in the middle of Hogsmeade when he wasn't allowed to be there. This was right after someone through mud at me from the precise area in which his head was floating. I don't think Potter ever got punished for that, so someone might want to rescind his permission to attend Divination. Or maybe he shouldn't be allowed to play Quidditch. That would be terrible. I know that I myself would have trouble controlling my reaction.

The Cannons are playing the Bats on Saturday. I wonder if their new Seeker shall manage to fly his broom or if he'll just stick to the ground where it's safer.

Pansy's been spending a ridiculous amount of time arranging photo collages lately. For some reason, she insists upon putting more than one person in them. I don't see why my photos should be mixed in with Millicent's. Surely a collage of just me would do nicely.
