Draco, please contact me as soon as possible. I've some questions for you.
And of course, my deepest condolences go out to the Weasleys. It is such a dangerous and cruel world we live in, is it not? Pity. I suppose you'll be changing your name to "wehavesix". Or perhaps, if you wish to be technical, "wehavefive".
Again, Narcissa and I are most distressed on your behalf. I certainly understand the wisdom you've shown in having so many children. Certainly we'd be at a loss were we to lose Draco, with no replacement in store.

Can a mother not be worried about her son when there are Dark Times about us?
(parent)potterstinks @ 2004-04-17 04:53 pm UTC |
Of course, Mother. I certainly didn't mean to worry you. Are we still having our tea this evening?
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 04:55 pm UTC |
We certainly are, dear! I would not miss our tea for anything. I do so enjoy our talks over tea.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 05:00 pm UTC |
I've had Tinka order in more of those cream cakes you love from that bakery on the Rive Gauche, my love. As always, they are spelled so that no calories are present that might disrupt your perfect figure.
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 05:03 pm UTC |
Ever the thoughtful one, Lucius. My, but you are my darling husband!
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:41 pm UTC |
But of course. I'm realizing how precious family is, and it is only proper we spend some time together.
(parent)potterstinks @ 2004-04-17 05:04 pm UTC |
As do I. Of course, there are so many things to talk about today.
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 05:17 pm UTC |
Oh! Well, yes, that will be interesting to discuss as well.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:55 pm UTC |
I quite look forward to hearing your thoughts on recent events.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 04:47 pm UTC |
You look most fetching in that icon, my love. Is that part of the new line from that Transylvanian designer you love so?
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 04:55 pm UTC |
Oh, my darling, it does flatter you so. Does he also design for men?
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 05:02 pm UTC |
It does, doesn't it? I am sure he would if you wished a commission, darling.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:43 pm UTC |
I have a meeting in the morning but I don't imagine it will last long. Merely wrapping up a few loose ends. I shall be home by elevenses.
And look on your dresser, my love. There's a blue box with a silver ribbon. Just a trinket.
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 04:51 pm UTC |
I would say that I beg to differ but a Malfoy never begs. Therefore, I will say that I feel otherwise and leave it at that.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 04:58 pm UTC |
She's been nothing but supportive, Weasley; something I'm sure your wife is in need of at the moment. Why aren't you at her side? Or is it true that deep sorrow brings out one's true nature?
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 05:01 pm UTC |
I always feel accomplished. Some days moreso than others, in fact.
(parent)sinistra @ 2004-04-17 05:35 pm UTC |
I believe you're only satisfying him. Go be with your family.
(parent)wehaveseven @ 2004-04-17 04:49 pm UTC |
Malfoy you slimy disgusting foul rotten black piece of codswallop, I'll - WILL YOU KEEP YOUR "EMOTIONS" TO "YOURSELF" OR I'LL
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 04:50 pm UTC |
There, there, Arthur. Shouldn't you save your energy for bedside vigils?
(parent)sinistra @ 2004-04-17 05:34 pm UTC |
Very cunning, Lucius. I can see why you're always called smooth and stealthy, only wait, I can't actually, and now that I think of it I don't think I've heard anyone call you that even once.
purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:46 pm UTC |
I don't understand this hostility. I have admitted Arthur that his and Molly's policy of "an heir and a spare" (and a spare and a spare and a spare, ad infinitum) is quite superior to mine and Narcissa's. Somehow, after Draco we felt quite complete as a family. Surely recent events serve to illustrate the tenuousness of our daily shuffle upon this mortal coil.
purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:31 pm UTC |
I'm sorry; perhaps you should look at to whom this message was addressed. It certainly wasn't you.
Fleas are really bad this year, aren't they?
lupercus @ 2004-04-17 09:36 pm UTC |
i will kill you
this is over
you are over
it is all going to be OVER
purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:48 pm UTC |
You know, love, I think Remus might benefit from those wonderful citronella candles you put out every summer in the gazebo.
(parent)purestblood @ 2004-04-17 09:52 pm UTC |
Go look on your dresser, my love. I certainly understand that Remus is dealing with grief and I regret that my remarks, while in no way directed towards him, caused him distress. He's quite lost his ability to capitalize and we certainly know what that means, don't we?
(parent)blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 09:56 pm UTC |
I find that I quite fancy a walk in the garden rather than a walk to my chambers.
Yes, we certainly know what a severe lack of upper case letters means.
lupercus @ 2004-04-17 10:00 pm UTC |
Fuck you, you two-faced bastard. Fuck you, and the farce you call your life. Fuck you and every single thing you stand for. Fuck you and your Dark Lord, your war that NO ONE wants, fuck you and your false sincerity and your remarks designed to hurt and twist the knife already buried in a grieving man's gullet. Fuck you and the way you pay off the Ministry to keep them from sniffing around your dark, dirty little secrets. Fuck you and the things you have done to the boy I know as my son, to the man I love and everyone else who stands up against the coward whose arse you kiss every night from behind a mask. Fuck you and your goddamned soulless existence. Fuck you and the path you will inevitably force your son to follow, because you are no kind of father. Fuck you. Fuck you. FUCK YOU.
When you die, I will ram that fucking cane straight down your throat.
purestblood @ 2004-04-17 10:13 pm UTC |
My, my, my. Certainly we all handle grief in different ways, do we not?
Just out of curiosity, who exactly is "the man I love"? We're all a bit curious; that title seems to be rather temporary for many.
