The art of humour.
It should come as no surprise for anyone who has all their five senses functioning properly when I say that there hasn't been much metaphorical sunshine and rainbows along the halls of Hogwarts lately. With sibling rivalry, inter-house warfare, and friendship tragedies sprinkled with professors acting half their ages, one can't help but wonder if this is all but an elaborate April Fool's joke.
However, April 1st has been gone for over 37 hours and the school is still in disarray, this it will be safe to conclude that this is, indeed, not a joke. I'll be conversing with Albus shortly after Mister Potter leaves his office in 14 minutes, as something has to be done. Such abuse of authority shouldn't be tolerated or taken so lightly; as a fellow Head of House, I expect better than that.
I would voice my opinions on the aforementioned events but a public forum is hardly a place for it. That said, should any students or fellow professors so desire to further discussions on any issues, do feel free to see me during my office hours, which can be found outside my door or on my journal information page.
Also, Professor Black and Professor Lupin, I look forward to your happy day.

Cheers, Minerva.
Incidentally, there's a mouse in the History of Magic classroom. Professor Binns asked me to let you know, in case you or Mrs Norris were up for a bit of sport.

Afternoon, Remus. I appreciate the rodent information, I'll be sure to pass it on to Mrs Norris. I, on the other hand, am looking forward to a nice afternoon read with minimal movement as I had 3 extra servings of pudding at lunch today. Bless those house elves.
