Well, I won!
It... was a strange evening. The field looked beautiful in the dark, with all the lanterns twinkling, and there were some fireworks - one was of a Chinese Dragon, which I loved.

Lisa and Padma and I showed each other our lanterns - I hadn't got a chance to see Lisa's before, and it was just as inventive as she'd described! I noticed that people seemed to be sticking to their House groups a lot last night, especially the Hufflepuffs. Everybody was quite competitive. I liked spending time with my Ravenclaw friends, but I do wish I'd had a chance to see more of Ginny. She was wearing the green chopsticks I gave her for her hair, and looked lovely.

And when the lantern prizes were announced, I won, and she got third place! I was really happy.

But then everybody started passing out those stupid mooncakes. I got one, something I was rather hoping wouldn't happen - and inside it was the most disgusting note! I was told to meet this anonymous admirer in the broom closet!

Of course, I don't think that it was meant for me specifically. I mean, hardly any of those mooncakes got to the person they were intended for, if last night's ruckus is any evidence. But that just makes it worse. Whoever wrote that note is probably a dirty-minded Slytherin who'll take any action he can get. Yes, I can just see Draco Malfoy writing that note.

Well, I need hardly say that I didn't go. If it was Malfoy, he'll have to satisfy himself all alone. And speaking of Malfoy, I saw him talking to Ginny near the end of the night. What on earth could the two of them have been doing together? Ginny looked upset. I hope he didn't say anything nasty to her, the poor thing.

Sorry to disappoint you, Chang, but I really haven't the time to be leaving boring notes like that in mooncakes. You'll have to use somebody else for your fantasies.

Much as I hate to admit it, it seems that you didn't write that note.

However, Your Father doesn't appear to be at all averse to inviting young girls into broom closets! Honestly, if that's the kind of parenting you were given, I'm not surprised you've turned out the way you have.

Which brings me to the question... what were you saying to Ginny?

It - it wasn't anything, really!

Then why won't you tell me what it was? Something must have happened!

I just got in his way again, that's all.

Re:

Considering the fact that you were the one who assured all of us that the note wasn't intended for you, what makes you so certain My Father was intending it to go to a young girl?

And, what was it you said earlier? Something about not sticking noses into the lives of others? I suppose if the Weaselette hasn't told you, then you just won't get to know.
