Once again I find myself making the mistake of attending the Malfoys' Hallowe'en gala. Why I have not learnt my lesson after the time Lucius decked the entirety of Malfoy Manor out in blood red for the occasion nine years ago I do not know. Had there been a murder the body would never have been discovered as it would have blended into the walls.

Once again I find myself with the pleasure of missing out on Hogwarts' Hallowe'en ball. I myself shall be spending Hallowe'en evening carving Snape shaped voodoo dolls out of potatoes and forcing them to dance in amusing and whimsical ways. Unless I decide to sleep instead.

Actually, Professor, recently I had a burglary in my dormitory in which a great deal of socks were stolen. Naturally, I've decided not to leave any stone unturned.

Chocolate sauce is of the wrong hue. You would be better off I believe with molasses.

Though, taking into account your preferred extra-curricular activities, I would expect you to have chocolate sauce in abundance.
