I wonder why just_harry doesn't simply name the friend he's borrowed the potion text from... Now, who do we know is good enough in Potions?
Okay, so Hermione is back from the library, but why wouldn't Harry tell Snape it was her text? - Same with every other student... And Sirius or Remus...

Humhummmm... Who can it be...?

the text could only have come from draco. only two students in NA are actually interested in potions, and they are Hermione and Draco. If the book was from Hermione, Harry would have said so. Since he's avoiding the question, it is from someone who a) doesn't have a tendency to be seen with Harry, not to mention give him Christmas presents, and b) someone who Harry wouldn't want people to know about.
They are *SO* in love.
