Party at Lupin's
Mood: hopeful

http://www.livejournal.com/users/seamus_f/6023.html

So it seems Ginny and Charlie have sought refuge with Remus, as well as Seamus and Narcissa. It looks like a fun evening of billiards and alcohol, although none for Narcissa -- perhaps she really is pregnant? And does anyone else think that a little Charlie/Seamus might be kind of cool?

(Also, this is my first time making such a post. Bear with me if I mess up horribly.)

I think Remus maybe drawing the same conclusions that we are and isn't going to let Narcissa drink until she gets an answer from her doctor. He'll find out from her journal if she doesn't tell him in person (if Lucius doesn't take the news well, she'll return to DW in tears and stay a while longer).

Seamus's posts are always wonderful. It's nice to see that while he suffered a bad break-up with Dean, he isn't blind to a good-looking man. He's on the road to recovery, however long and bumpy it may be. Seamus deserves a nice man in is life; he's a sweetie and I wish I knew a straight guy like him.

Remus spending time with friends is just what he needs; it can't be good for him to spend all his time alone waiting for Sirius to come back.

True, but I really hope Charlie doesn't become the eternal Rebound Guy.

I agree, but I'm sure he learned something about that with Remus. I'm not going to make an calls on a possible Charlie/Seamus relationship until some more time has passed. For all we know, Seamus maybe satisfied with just looking.

BTW, how old is Charlie? Not that it matters, I'm just curious.

Neh, he's in his mid-twenties, I'd say, it's never stated in canon. Probably about my age, actually. Poor sod.

"Charlie Weasley
Gryffindor 78-85, Q. captain and Seeker, now Dragon Keeper, Romanian Dragon Reserve"

According to the HP Lexicon he's approximately 13 years older than Ron, which would make him about 30. (Ack!)

(Sorry about that...of course, the beauty of NA is that Charlie can be younger!)

I'm thinking maybe it could be more of a man-to-man brotherly talk. Not that Seamus needs help coming out or anything, but maybe it would be like, what to do when you're dumped, how not to be Rebound Guy, stuff like that. A learning experience for Seamus. :D

Though, I will say, when playing against Charlie Weasley one never wins, and one never loses.

Now that is a game I would want to play. ;)

Don't mind me. I've been a lurker for awhile now but I couldn't help but post about what Remus said.

Charlie/Seamus - hell yes. That would rock.

Good thing that at least one person in the NA world realises Narcissa is pregnant...
