Neville is having a very educational summer. I hope it all works out for him.

Good for him, he deserves it. Not the punishment of U2, the um, other things...

I have this vision of Neville showing up to school in the fall tanned, toned, and with a Muggle girlfriend waiting for him at home.

*crosses fingers* Go for it, Neville!

Wouldn't that be wonderful? I love Neville; he's a dear. Sara and Neville has a nice ring to it.

Why? I love the regular Neville, I don't want him to go through some metamorphis ala Hermione in so many crappy H/Hr fics.

It's probably going to end badly, though. Think of what will happen when she finds out he's a wizard.

Well, what will happen? - Seamus' dad survived it, too.

But hadn't they already gotten married by then? Neville doesn't seem the type to leave that little issue aside until after his wedding night.

I think Sara's response could certianly affect Neville's conception of muggles, and maybe, just maybe, pave the way for nEVILle to shine. Though I think that such a negative reaction probably won't happen, I'm a Neville!optimist. And if worst comes to worst, and Neville DOES clue her in (one way or another, intentionally or unintentionally) before school starts, he can recover.

Well, if I was a witch and had just clued in my newly-wed husband about that fact, and he reacted badly - and assuming I still wanted to keep him! - I'd obliviate him. And try again some time later. *shrugs*

Actually, I never understood why T.M. Riddle's mother didn't do that to her super-Muggle.

*whistles*

Good on you, Neville. After everything, you deserve a wonderful break.

And, um, other things..

Wait, does he mean what I think he means?

ungemmed @ July 14 2003, 19:00:57 UTC

I doubt it, dear. Neville strikes me as the gentlemanly type—he wouldn't work quite that fast.

Then again, he could surprise us...

There is always the possibility that she made a move on him.

(Which idea, incidentally, I like. Here's to female empowerment!)
