More stange food and. . . baby spoons?
Music: Dead -Korn

Not only is Narcissa requesting more unusual food, but it also seems like her friends are picking up on a possible pregnacy. . .

Now the question here folks is. ..is she, or isnt she?

I think it's fairly obvious that the answer is "Yes, but Narcissa is a bimbo with poor cognative capacities, or at least in denial."

My question is...what's up with Narcissa's dates?

A while ago she got Draco's age wrong by three years, now she says she hasn't had a baby a the Manor since 1984. When Draco reminds her he was born four years earlier she clarifies that he was her baby until he went to school. He again corrects her that it was 1991 when he went to school. Draco would have been four years old in 1984, so I first thought she maybe meant he was her baby until he started the equivalent of kindergarten, but then Narcissa confirms that she did mean Hogwarts and doesn't know why she made the mistake.

Is there a mystery baby here? One that was perhaps born in 1984 and that Narcissa unconsciously refers to? In this post, in fact, she doesn't even claim to be talking about Draco, she just says there wasn't a baby in the house since 1984 and Draco's curiosity is aroused. Was there another baby? Does it effect Narcissa's relationship with Draco?

Looking through some old NA entries, I happened upon something ASTOUNDING.

Narcissa may have another child? Has this accusation been dealt with? Oh my god!

I don't think Narcissa got a baby spoon ... I think it was a silver spoon, you know, for "born with a silver spoon in his mouth?"

The "born," of that phrase, however, would denote giving the spoon to a baby.

Oh, no, I agree the spoon signifies "baby," I just meant I didn't think it was the kind of spoon you feed a baby with.

Well, Hooch's new comment certainly makes it interesting. Perhaps now we'll be getting some out and out discussion....

I know, doesn't she rock? Always short but directly to the point...

::grin:: That's why I put it up--I only check stuff once or twice a day because of work, so I tend to double check threads to make sure they're over.
