No: It was meant to be "off my bag", as canon states they tend to carry bags around. Typical British pranks in computer rooms tend to lean towards taking each other's bags. Chortle, chortle.
"deaded" was the intended word, as Goyle is overextending the rule of adding 'ed' to verbs to make them past tense.
Hope this clears things up.
