Is anyone else getting the impression that there might be something going on between Parvati and Nott.

I loved the poem, it was really sweet without being overly mushy and it's interesting to know that some one Parvati barely knew up untill now seems to have summed up her charector pretty well in that poem.

well nott is supposed to be some womanizer, right? I think it'd be cute for something to happen, even if it was a fling. That'd bring some good drama, at least!

Yeah, Draco always goes on about Nott's libido, so it makes sense that Nott might go after Parvati, but there's something vaguely unsettling here. I think Parvati might get more than she bargained for.

Yeah, I feel like this go someplace surprising. You've got two Slytherins, both with DE connections. One is unpleasant, the other's a charmer. I think I'd feel safer with Draco at this point. But then, we only know Theo through Draco, who's not an objective observer. Still, Nott comes through as something possibly unsettling in his posts, and he seemed to be literally running from him at first.

Also, do you think it might be significant that what Parvati mistook for religious faith was more of a sign that Nott is fickle? His most prized possession is whatever book he's reading at the moment.

I was wondering about the reason for it being his most prized possession... it really is very strange unless it is a sign of complete fickleness. In which case he wouldn't make much of a DE either if he has no ties (which is what it seems like). Of course we only have his word via Pavati that it is just the book he's reading, he could quite feasibly be lying.
