It's right after Draco gets hit in the nuts (or in that general area) during his match against Harry, falls off his broom and roles around in pain. We then see Lucius shaking his head; his only concern is if this blow will effect his heir's ability to sire children.

What I find is the ever more amusing attempt Creepy makes to try and prove that he is not a useless member of the student body. Well, of course he isn't. We all need the hero worshiping leech that looks like a frog in every school. How else do we remind ourselves that things could be worse?
