Mood: anxious

Oh, I do not like Lucius' post. (although that's kinda a given :D) When Lucius is happy, we worry.

What with the repeated mentions of the silver mine, and now Remus and Narcissa's making up 'proving useful' (!!!!) I am convinced something is going on and it will involve Remus. *wibbles in corner*

Haha, I just posted this. Teaches me to check the community more often. But why would it prove useful!? *worries*

:)) sorry! I am always paranoid of doing that, and refresh the comm like 5 times before I post. Anyway. I do not know - the nagging suspicion that Narcissa is still in league with Lucius and this is all a front so she can get nearer to Remus and hence facilitate his DOOM won't leave my head !! *melodramatic*

Surely if Narcissa was still in league with Lucius, he wouldn't post saying that it will be "useful", because that would sort of give it away? Unless it's a double bluff? Or I've completely got the wrong end of the stick?

Though Lucius has been known to run off at the mouth when he shouldn't as well. He also likes to try to hint to people that they shouldn't trust his family, presumably to keep them isolated. Like he's dropped little hints to Harry about trusting Draco so much.

The thing about the silver mine is that...it's not like they'd need a mine if they were trying to do anything to Remus with silver. The probably have a mountain of it in their house and could take him down with one crested serving fork. Still, it seems important in some way!

I tried to find some meaning behind "Anne Broussard" but couldn't.

Can I also say how I love the way ps runs off at the mouth about so many things but is so tight when it comes to his parents? He just asked Narcissa what was going on and had a firechat, which seems to be the way he deals with those things. It seems like he may have inherited some of his mother's instincts in this regard more than his fathers, which is interesting. I'd love to know exactly what was going on in that family.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought "Anne Broussard" seemed familiar or significant. I did a quick search but nothing jumped out at me.

I thought it was put in there to get at Narcissa, just to show her he's moved on (or something).

Actually I did too--that he was showing that he was spending time with this other woman. But I also wondered if she wasn't somebody we should know in the world somehow too.:-)

several of my more pressing irritants have been effectively neutralized

*shudders*

And he's listening to Mozart's Requiem again. That is so not good.

That fact that he's listening to it, I mean. The piece is very good.

Isn't silver harmful to werewolves? Doesn't it kill them or something?

But hahahahaha... they're talking now. Vast tracts of land, indeed.

I'm surprised he didn't write it "Her *huge* ti-- tracts of land."

Now it's almost like he's blatantly trying to make her jealous. Not the best tact for winning her back, I must say.
