I wonder, though, if maybe that was Sirius posting under Lupin's name with that nasty comment. Doesn't sound very Lupin-like at all.

Still don't like the man after what he did to my Snape, though.

Lupin has been sniping at Snape ever since the man got back online, and some of it prior to that comment has been pretty nasty... Something must have happened between the two of them during Snape's downtime. Either that, or Lupin's associating the whole Malfoy thing with Sevvie.

I was wondering if all his vitriol now was related to his recent reconciliation with Narcissa. I always wanted to hope, ever since she went back to Lucius last August or whenever exactly that was, that she went back as, like, a Snape-esque Order spy. But that was really just because I really started liking Narcissa while she was off finding herself, and it just seemed too sudden and easy when she went back to Lucius! So I latched onto this sort of conversations as hope that she started working with Snape. And maybe she's become more useful in that capacity than Snape is, and she and Remus talked about that when they made up! Or maybe I'm just grasping at straws since I never wanted to think of Narcissa as Evil anyway. :P

What has happened between those two? Lupin's not usually so hyper-defensive over Sirius - he's fully aware there's always been enmity between Snape and Black! Look at the order of the comments, too:
