Hmm. It sounds like they're starting to be somewhat friendly to each other, but they're still tense; too much between them. But Narcissa seems to be asking almost as a demand, and Lucius sounds like he's merely indulging her by agreeing, like it's not important. I don't know. He's just so-very-casual about it all.

Yes. She has a dog (Echo) and a cat (Gaea). As far as I know she still has them.
