Remus’ nostalgia is always done so...eloquently. Sadly.

Isn't it just? So much love to his player. I really like how he's talking about Lily, since she doesn't come up as much as James seems to.

I miss that little kitchen, half-Muggle and half not, and Harry at our feet.

This made me all weepy. What are the chances of joosetta drawing that, do you think? *hopes*

Did I say that I tremendously enjoy Remus-Seamus interaction? cause I do!

It's actually just like I imagine it - James and Sirius suspecting Remus but Lily staying loyal to him, perhaps not even being able to explain why. So I just love how lupercus describes their time together. *heart melts*

The tea is nearly gone and the embers are dying. I think it is time for me to go and find the day.

Reading this anew, with the events of what we now know was to come in mind, I am broken further. And I didn't think that was possible. I console myself with the notion that Lupin is now in the yellow sunlight of Lily's presence, sipping chamomile tea and listening to her songs.
