A Hypothesis About Hooch's Brother and PS' Statement

Also I was just thinking while reading this nraged post, what happened to Hooch's brother? I already said this there but I want to know what you think of this. He seemed to be a bit of an evil git, was constantly following around thus making information easy to obtain, and the two teachers that sent him off are listed in critical condition.
Curious.

Oh MAN I know I'm not supposed to laugh but I just got this mental image of him poking Lucius' cheek and Lucius sitting up with a, "WAGAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" and scaring the piss out of everybody.
