off-wibble: meta-question
Hi, sorry if this is off the normal wibbling topics, but I had a meta-question about N_A.

A friend got me reading N_A recently as an example of a marvelously-run LJ-based RPG, since I've been talking about trying to run such a critter myself. I'm wondering if there's a source anywhere that describes the backstage running of N_A -- where do the players do their primary roleplaying? How many GMs? How is the majority of the roleplay handled (is the little stuff spontaneous between players, while the big stuff is handled by GMs?)? A view of the nuts and bolts -- like, for instance, how many separate communities support the ongoing roleplay and meta-discussion? -- would be gratefully received.

Um... What is GM?

GM = game master. Namely the person who runs and sets the basic plot for the games. Not all RPGS have them, though.
