That DOES sound kind of familiar, but I'm not positive they did...
Chicago came out in the USA in January 2003, so if they had parodied it, it'd probably be after that date. I'm guessing definitely 2003, probably early in the year or in the summer. I did searches on the 
historic_alley monthly summaries for the words "coming", "cell", and "tango", but didn't get any hits...
Any idea what event/or person it may have been tied to? That might help us narrow it down.

Yeah, I've looked through historic_alley a few times.
I sort of vaguely remember Molly Weasley starting it. Someone else thinks it might have been based around the Molly/Arthur troubles. wehaveseven was created in April, 2003. I suspect it was after July, but it's just an inkling.
This is pretty much all I have. I think I made up everything else.

It'll be on the comm LJ I think. Molly stapled his forehead, I think? They were at Hogwarts at the time, in the hospital wing, and like a lot of the kids were involved too.

Oooh! That's helpful, actually. I think then it was when Remus and Lucius were going to have a duel, and Arthur ended up passed out on Remus' office floor... that was in late April of 2003.

man you searched for this for ages and it all came to...not much. my dad told me the other day that the end of the world is still on for this month? apparently they only released one atom/neuron/whatev in that machine, and in a few days they're going to release the other one. when they hit each other....possible blackhole....
