HAHAHAHA

HAIR GROWING!

But, alas, I do not think he listened to Harry's molasses advice.

And he explains why he wore nice robes to detention:

And Lupin had the nerve to ask why I wore nice robes to detention. As though I own any that aren't nice.

Silly boy!

I start to think Pansy is doing her best to keep Draco safe for Harry. But then I remember she's not nice enough to do that, she'd only do such things for her own nefarious purposes and pleasures.

I almost think he burned the robes not because of the algae but because they reminded him of Harry's loving attempts to make things right again...with the robes.

I think he definitely did it because of Harry but as another outward act of denial. He won't let himself directly address the subject of Harry or his comments, but he wants to show anyone who might be getting ideas that of course he didn't pay any attention whatsoever. However, just like the new uber-het persona, he overdoes it (i.e., incineration) and that's more of a sign of his true feelings than anything else.

*ahem*
or at least that's my take onthe situation... :o)

A very intriguing and hopeful possibility.
