Soooo after lurking around nocturne alley _forever_, I finally noticed today that _this_ community exists (!!! How long has this been around? Why was I not aware this is here?). This means I will get little to nothing done. Ever. I've already wasted valuable Coronation Street watchin' time on nocturne alley (I'm months behind, watching it on CBC), but it's like a train wreck; I just can't stop looking. Why do we get so sucked in? How? There's loads of role play communities around, what's so different about this one?

I think:
1.talent of roleplayers in keeping IC and continuity while being entertaining
2.love of canon
3.mystery! (ie we don't half of what's going on, and must torture ourselves with speculation)

My mother swears by that sight, she never even watches it anymore. They keep you up to date with the ones in britain. Now you can surfe n_a and get soap opera goodness!

I'm already so far behind, I wonder if I'll understand what's going on if I go now... grrr CBC only showing Coronation Street 4 days a week and several months behind!!

I think they keep the old ones, so you could go back (and its about 6 months) and catch up. Heh. Stoopid CBC.
