Current mood: anxious

Draco Darling,

Will you be requiring anything special when your father and I meet you at the trainstation? Do let me know so that I may make proper arrangements if necessary.

I am looking forward to discussing Empowering Yourself with you. It really is quite the uplifting book and one can learn to embrace the essence that is oneself and rise above the jealousy and pettiness that others direct at one. Hera Peligroso is a fabulous, fabulous woman whom I feel is rather attuned to some of the woes we face as Malfoys.

Are you packing your things yourself or with the aid of a house elf? I should think you ought to attempt packing of your own accord. It is rather satisfying to do something like that for yourself, darling. I didn't used to think so but these past few months I have grown rather fond of taking the initiative to perform tasks without the assistance of another.

I shall see you soon.

Love,
Mother

Mother,

I think I'm rather empowered, don't you? Do I have to read it?

I've already had Crabbe pack my things for me today. I assure you, it was quite satisfying.

Your pride and joy,
Draco

Draco,

One can always use a bit of enlightenment from another qualified source, don't you think?

Vincent packed your things for you? My, but you are resilient. I do hope he folded and stowed all your fragile things away properly. Is he still wearing that Merlin-awful turban? If so, I do wish you would try to talk him out of it. With his face so round, the turban only succeeds in giving him the appearance of a foppish puffskein.

I shall see you tomorrow, darling.

Love,
Mother
