blondenarcissa: No subject.

The past month has been so hectic that I don't really know whether I am coming or going most of the time. Lucius and I have been extremely busy apparating here and there on business for the past few weeks in between keeping up tabs on our darling son. As I have been away, I am not certain as to whether or not people are still whispering about that horrid Skeeter woman's article has died down. Perhaps it has, as this past week I spent time in Paris shopping (and for business purposes, sadly not for myself) and not one witch or wizard gave me anything less than the respect that a Malfoy merits.

Ah, Dacey has delivered my martini. I shall take pains in sipping it slowly to soak up the essence and then partake in a lovely nap. An update of my past few weeks shall follow shortly.

Thank you for getting back to me. Apologies for the lateness of this reply, I'm afraid I had a rough time of it this month. I'm afraid the party might be postponed a bit until my strength returns. An odd occurance, really - I don't usually have such problems anymore.

At any rate, whenever the gathering takes place I do hope to see you there.
