Valentines!
Wow, school's been so fun lately I almost forgot February is coming up!! I wonder if we'll ever have singing valentines again like we did when Lockhart was here! That was really brill! I don't think Harry liked the one he got, though! He seemed kind of mad, poor Harry!
I got an owl from Dad yesterday! He's still kind of confused about sending post to Dennis and me that way and he puts stamps on the letters! I told him all about Soblessa in my last letter and he seemed really excited! I sent him pictures, too, of Soblessa and Ginny and of course Harry and Ron and Hermione.
Speaking of Harry!!! Evan Landgreen's in hospital because of an accident in Herbology and I hear Harry's standing in as the Gryffindor captain in the mean time! I just know Harry would be an ace captain, they should have made him captain before! Oh, Natalie's here and she says it's just temporary, but it's still brilliant! I hope Evan gets well soon, maybe he and Harry can share being captain!
I can't wait to take our O.W.L.s this year! Boy, I've really got to start revising! I took some pictures of the lake yesterday and I swear I caught part of the Giant Squid's tentacle! Do you think he still lives there when it's this cold? Wow!!
Well, I have Care of Magical Creatures next! I can't wait! Professor Lupin is the best!
