Today has been strange.
I woke up to find Terry and Shay standing over me, one laden down with a dozen huge, purple begonias, and the other carrying a tray of breakfast.
It was very nice, until I asked about the eggs--because the middles were white and the outsides yellow, you see, so I asked "Are these eggs inside out?" which I thought was quite funny but it immediately sent both of them into a shouting match wherein someone was thwapped about the face with a large bunch of begonias, and another someone ended up with a lap full of kippers.
And then I saw Queenie today and she has apparently not only decided to weave my dreds into her own very blond hair, but she has also styled them in an upsweep 'do, held in place with butterfly clips.
Also, someone hugged me and I think it was Millicent Bulstrode.

I think one of those kippers ended up knocked under some furniture or something, but I can't find it, and the room is starting to smell fishy.

Oh I hadn't noticed. Probably because I've smelt of kippers all day.

I found the kipper. It is gone, as is the smell.

Well, I'll gladly count it, if you need one. I suppose it counts as cleaning up after roommates, doesn't it?
