How fascinating...
Well, let's see... last week was quite horrible, as expected, and there's really nothing more to say about that.

This week has been a little better, except for that minor catastrophe in Potions the other day. Honestly, it's not a big mystery as to who was at fault... but, let's not talk about that either. It would be nice to have a quiet Potions class for once, but I suppose that's just too much to ask for.

Oh - I almost forgot, we had a singularly unusual Care of Magical Creatures class this week, as well. Hm. Well, watching a unicorn give birth was definitely a somewhat rare occurrence, but it wasn't exactly pretty either. I'd say it was interesting, although I'm not inclined to see it again any time soon.

The best news of the week so far has been that announcement by Professor McGonagall about the Animagus Practicum which she and Professor Black will be offering. It sounds rather interesting, I have to say. I'm greatly looking forward to the first session tomorrow.

And now I must leave, as I think I have just enough time before dinner to try out that new tarot card method I discovered yesterday in a divination book I was browsing.
