Today is already a terrible day. Goyle stuck out his leg and tripped me at breakfast today, and I spilt pumpkin juice all over that strange velvet shirt that Pansy wears, the one that laces up in back. She says it's ruined. She was really upset and so she went and told Snape about it, and then Snape gave detention to Ron with Professor Trelawney. And Ron and I already have detention with Mr Filch tonight.

Snape said that he was going to start giving detentions to my friends when I messed up, but I didn't think he was serious. I don't think you can even do that! It was an accident, anyway, and I should have the detention instead of Ron. The only reason he's doing it is because he hates me, and I think he hates Sirius even more than me. And I didn't even know he could hate someone more than he hates me. Professor Dumbledore will have to do something about it because it isn't fair that people have to serve my detentions for me because Snape is still mad about stuff that happened to him when he was a kid.

I'm going to go talk to Professor Dumbledore about it on Monday.

I know!

Snape was going to give me detention in Potions for you, but he had already given me one for melting my cauldron!

just_harry @ 2002-06-01 10:58 pm UTC

I'm sorry, Neville. He's being an even bigger jerk than usual. I'm going to try to be careful, but he'll probably give you a detention just because he doesn't like the way my hair looks.

Mr. Potter,

You would think for a celebrity as yourself, that you would be able to hold your tongue. Especially if you are insulting a teacher. Miss Brown should be delighted to write an essay on your behalf over the use of henbane in thirteenth century medicine.

That's okay.

I know he's just trying to get us not to like you, but it's not going to work!

you were not supposed

to be running if you had not been running you would not have fell

besides you are being mean to Colin can not you just stop and talk to him for once? Prof. Dumbledore say you have a problem with plus attention but just ignoring things will not make things go away and being mean to people does not work if you are a gryffindork (haha this M U G G L E girl told me how to use that word) only if you are a slytherin and you are not you are just harry

Huh?

Summary:

Don't run in corridors.
All gryffindors should learn this because else when people *stick out* their leg to scratch it, you wouldn't FALL OVER IT.

Stop avoiding Colin because of your own bloody insecurities. Be nice, jut SMILE once would that take up so much of your time?
Like it or not, the wizarding world DOES kind of revolve AROUND you, hiding your HEAD in the SAND will not make it all GO AWAY!

This post took me half an hour with the dictionary and grammar book to write, so fuck you Potter. Oh, right, Weasel is the one who's more likely to do that. Sorry.

Sod OFF, Goyle. Leave Harry alone, you big lump of useless crap! Don't you have a Malfoy to serve, hmm? What are you doing spending half an hour typing a comment to Harry, with a dictionary that is obviously NOT helping you look any smarter! Oh and I see you've changed your mind about Colin, who is a Gryffindor if you haven't realised. But guess what? You Slytherins still stink, now go bug someone else!

Hey Harry! I'm sorry you've been having such rotten luck lately! I heard about Professor Snape's attempts to give us all detentions, but that's alright! I don't mind! I'll do what it takes to keep you out of trouble, Harry!!! =^)))

You know, Goyle accidentally tripped ME the other day, but he said it was on accident! Maybe it was an accident when he tripped you! That's really bad about spilling pumpkin juice on Pansy! I bet she was really mad! She's so strange sometimes, but please don't tell her I said that!! I'm scared of her!!!

Well, bye Harry!!!! ~8^))))

just_harry @ 2002-06-02 12:18 am UTC

Yeah, she is kind of strange. And I think that shirt thing was weird. Thanks for trying to help me out, but he'll probably just give you detention, too.

Harry,

I am so sorry that you get to learn so early that, many times, supposed adults never stop acting like children. I know that I did some terrible things to Snape when we were young, but I cannot believe he is still holding that against me, and you as well. I will do what I can; but Albus seems to have given his approval to this scheme. I cannot imagine why, but I will find out. And let's just say Snape really out to watch his back from now on.
