Yule Time Shopping
I know I ought to be in bed, especially with class tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm far too excited to sleep. There is simply something irresistibly delightful about the yule season that keeps me in high spirits. I've been up all night mulling over various gift ideas, and a few times I just couldn't help but break out into fits of giggles. Millicent was ready to throw a pillow at me because I was keeping her up. So I finally decided to simply sneak down into the common room and get rid of my excited energy in a more productive manner.

I think Millicent dreads the idea of a whole weekend in Hogsmeade to do shopping. Besides, we've all been to the stores loads of times this year and everything's gotten to be a little repetitive. Still I fancy I'll enjoy a little browsing of the Hogsmeade stores, but I think most of my gifts will end up coming through special order. After all, I wouldn't want to get Draco or Millicent something they could pick up in any old local store.
