An Apology
Colin Creevey, here, reporting from Gryffindor Tower.
So, I mean, I guess I thought I was helping you. I didn't realise I was getting in your way, honest I didn't, and, I mean, I know I was mean to Malfoy but I thought you'd want me to stand up for myself and for Soblessa and that's what you always told Neville to do and I figure Malfoy's been meaner to us lately than he was back then--not that I hate Malfoy, cause really, I don't, I mean, he has been acting worse than usual but I trust you, Harry, really, and I mean, you were absolutely right to tell me to put a lid on things--I mean, you're Harry Potter and you should never have to put up with somebody encroaching on your personal space and I hope you didn't think I was trying to poke my nose in on your business because I really wasn't and it's none of my nevermind who you want to talk to, but, you can't help me being a little alarmed, Harry, because it's just so unlike you to act the way you've been acting--well, maybe not unlike you really because you're bold and persistent and determined and you keep talking to Malfoy even though he's doing a really persistent and determined job of ignoring you but that's okay, because it's still good for you to do it if it's what makes you happy Harry, and I don't want to do anything that would keep you from being happy, because you're not just a hero, Harry--you're my hero.
And, uh, so, I guess I'm sorry. I hope you aren't too mad.
