Current mood:enraged

Stay for thirty minutes in the Great Hall with a hungry werewolf surrounded by overfed Hufflepuffs looking like tasty snacks. Yes, that sounds like a good idea. I've already left, as the show became rather dangerous. As with everything else at Hogwarts, the cage Lupin was in surely wasn't enough to hold him in. I'm certain I saw him eyeing me up. I could have been eaten! Don't you think they should have, oh, I don't know, got our parents' permission before this? Asked us if we didn't, perhaps, want to risk our lives? Given us the option? I could have died. I could have been turned into a werewolf. I suppose Lupin doesn't care about that sort of thing, but I for one feel this is an outrage. The man was practically biting off his own limbs. And he kept shaking the cage! I kept my cool and left, and I saw a few were intelligent enough to do the same. Very few, of course. I'm lucky to have made it out alive.

Is there ANYTHING you're NOT scared off, you wuss?! It'd be a good thing if you got turned into a werewolf, then we won't have to see your bloody face every bloody day of the month!!

potterstinks @ 2003-04-17 01:15 pm UTC

Oh, right, of course I'm a wuss for thinking that I might be in danger. I suppose you'll have to say the same to Bones and Macmillan, not to mention Millicent. And let's don't forget Professor Black, who readily admitted he'd nearly died the first time he saw it. Yes, silly me. It is, after all, just a simple puppy. Certainly nothing to be alarmed about with werewolves.

Professor Black was there to protect us, you dimwit! And Professor Lupin isn't just ANY werewolf, he's Professor Lupin for sod's sake! Do you still sleep with your bloody lights on?!

potterstinks @ 2003-04-17 01:28 pm UTC

Oh, of course. Because the fact that he's Lupin makes a huge difference. I hardly see what protection Black could have offered against a werewolf. Or perhaps you've just thought that since it's Lupin, the werewolf is incapable of harming anyone. I was practically right up front. You, on the other hand, I noticed were well off to the side.

MAYBE if you weren't shivering so hard you couldn't listen to a word Professor Black said you've have known how he can protect us! WHAT'S SO SCARY ABOUT PROFESSOR LUPIN?! I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT AS WELL, I SAW YOU RUNNING OFF LIKE THE PATHETIC WUSS YOU ARE!

I was choosing to leave the situation early on, like Black said we could. Or perhaps you missed that part. I highly doubt he'd have said so if no one was expected to leave.

Oh and SUDDENLY you listen to what Professor Black says?? You wet yourself when Professor McGonagall transformed into a cat during our first year, didn't you!

Coward.

Did someone change Slytherin colours to green and yellow after we left school?

potterstinks @ 2003-04-17 01:12 pm UTC

Oh, you'd left? I hadn't noticed, since you spend so much time butting in on the lives of everyone still at Hogwarts. Though I suppose you would have to relive your 'Glory Days' that way, as it seems no one who's actually left Hogwarts speaks to you, judging by your obsessiveness on the current situations at Hogwarts.

Considering that most of our market share comes from Hogwarts students, I'd say that's a good decision of ours.

Oh, and Malfoy? That would have been a lot more effective if anybody was speaking to you other than to say "bugger off". Or breaking your toes. Or running away screaming. Or cutting you off completely.

Oh, see, and I suppose you would know who's speaking to me--since, after all, you have no lives of your own and thus have to keep up with mine.

percyneedsalife @ 2003-04-17 01:29 pm UTC

It's not hard.

Somehow, I doubt you've managed to become so pathetic that you can overhear everything that goes on in the actual corridors of Hogwarts. Stalking journals hardly means you know everything.

No, Malfoy, I meant keeping up with your life.

It's too bad you didn't stay, but it really was alot scarier than I remembered it. Lots of people left.

potterstinks @ 2003-04-17 01:48 pm UTC

Who was scared?

just_harry @ 2003-04-17 01:50 pm UTC

You mean besides you and everyone else in the room? Even Sirius looked pretty freaked out.

potterstinks @ 2003-04-17 01:53 pm UTC

I was merely leaving the lesson early.

Oh, okay.
